The signer (you) will personally appear before Moxie Notary remotely, in real-time using audio-video technology. Moxie Notary will verify the signer's identity using traditional identity proofing methods in addition to using knowledge-based authentication (KBA) and credential analysis.

Once the signer's identity is verified,  the notarization is completed with the attachment of an electronic Notary seal and a digital certificate.  The completed document is immediately made available to the signer.

Moxie Notaries are located in the state of Utah, and abide by Utah state notarial laws. 

Yes! Thanks to interstate recognition laws, notarial acts performed in compliance with the notary's state will be recognized as legal in other states.  It is in your best interest to ask the preparer of the document if they accept RON signatures.
